A Chartered accountant, by profession and associate member
of other bodies namely CIBN,CIS,CITN and a master’s degree
holder in Financial Management from the Federal university
of Technology Owerri (FUTO). He has over 20years experience
in Banking. He has also made his mark within the oil and gas
sector. Presently he is the director Finance and
Administration of Mclatek Nig. Ltd., Director MoneyFunds
Consult,a finance and management consulting outfit.
He has revived so many companies over
these years and has brought his wealth of experience to
bear in ICCL. He is married with
Four children.
MR. PATRICK O. EKEANYANWU (DIRECTOR)
He was called to the Nigerian Bar on 25th August 1985.
Since then, he has held the posts of Solicitor, Resident
Solicitor and Executive Partner in the law firm of Abuka
Ajegbo Ilogu & Nwaogu and has been heading the Port
Harcourt office from 7th July 1988 till 30th September
2003, when he resigned as an executive partner
and set up his own practice under the name of Ekeanyanwu &
Associates.
He obtained Bachelor of Laws, LL.B [Hons.]
from University of Calabar, Calabar, 1984 and Barrister
at Law, BL, 1985. He has been in continuous and active
Legal practices since he was called to the Bar. Some of
the outstanding professional assignments he handled
include:
State Counsel/Prosecutor, Robbery & Firearms Tribunal,
Lagos [1986], Legal Adviser to the Judicial Commission
of inquiry into the Lagos State Scholarship Board from
1980-1985, Leading Counsel to the National Fertilizer
Company of Nigeria Limited during the 1999/2000 Judicial
Commission of Inquiry, Company Secretary/Legal adviser
to International Corrosion Control Limited, Kemar
Shipping Nigeria Limited, VRMT Well Services Limited,
VRMT International [Nigeria] Limited, and Solicitor to
Sudelettra [Nigeria] Limited, Eton Technical Services
Limited, etc.
He was awarded best student in Constitutional and
Administrative Law, University of Calabar [1982].
ENGR. JOHNSON ANYAMELE
(GENERAL MANAGER/COO)
Metallurgical Engineering graduate of Zhdanov Metallurgical
Institute, Ukraine (former USSR). He has a Master’s Degree
in metallurgical engineering. He joined the famous Project
Development Institute (PRODA) in Enugu as a Senior Research
Engineer in January 1989,.
Where he contributed immensely to the development of
science and technology.
In June 1996 he joined ICCL as
Project Engineer in charge of MOBIL offshore
contracts and NOAC Brass tank works, which he successfully
executed.
His job execution and contract Management
strategies led the company to meritorious award from her
clients and sustained contract awards.
TRIUMPH. C. ONYEALI (MRS), B.SC, ACIA (ASST.
GENERAL
MANAGER)
Banking and Finance graduate of the University of Calabar.
She worked with Central Bank of Nigeria Port-Harcourt as
Accounts/Currency Officer in 1996. Joined ICCL in 1997 as
Administration Officer. Became the Accountant/Public
Relation Officer in 1998 and in 1999; She rose to the
position of Administration Assistant to the General
Manager.
In July 2000 she became
the Administration Manager. In
the course of her career, she attended several Finance
and Management courses organised by professional bodies in
Nigeria. She is an associate member of Institute of
Chartered Administration.
CHIDI ABRAHAM, B.SC (HEAD,
FINANCE/ACCOUNTS)
He is a Banking/Finance graduate of the University of
Port Harcourt. He joined International Corrosion Control
Ltd in 2003 as an Accounts Supervisor with more than
five years experience as an Accountant/Administrator.
He was Business News Editor of the defunct Revelations
International Newspapers.
He
became the head of Finance/Accounts of International
Corrosion Control Ltd in 2007.
His wealth of experience from on- the- job training has
equipped him with requisite knowledge/skills to head the
Finance/ Account functions of International Corrosion
Control Ltd. He is a student member of Chartered
Institute of Accountants (ICAN).
BOARD CHAIRMAN:
CHIEF GEORGE GEORGE-IKECHI, B.Sc (Pol.Admin),JP, FCIA (CHAIRMAN)
He is an accomplished entrepreneur, an astute
businessman with 20 years experience in senior
management positions in major Oil Service contracting
Companies in Nigeria. He is currently the
Chairman of International
Corrosion Control Limited (ICCL) Port Harcourt. He was
before now an Executive Director - Purchases & Supplies
in ICCL from 1992 – 1995. He is a Fellow of the
Institute of Chartered Administrators.
TIAMIYU, OLAMIDE MUJAID (SAFETY SUPERINTENDENT)
Safety Superintendent of ICC Ltd. He graduated from Obafemi
Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where he obtained Bachelor of
Arts Degree in Languages. He is an associate member of
Nigerian Institute of Safety Professional.
He worked with Power Trim Nig. Ltd., Port Harcourt (An
Oilfield Engineering Company) before he joined ICC Limited
in 1995.
He attended various Safety Engineering Courses, which
include Technical Safety Audit, Ergonomics, Hazops, Plant
Inspection and Maintenance, Engineering Audits in Compliance
with safety legislation etc
He carried out safety application with proven professional
touch with zero or accident free record on multi million
Dollar offshore project in Mobil Field which include “UTUE”
QP/PP & W/PFX, “OSO B” W/PFX “OSO E” W/PEX, “IYAK A” W/PEX,
“UN AM B” W/PFX, “IDOHO A” W/PEX. “EDOB B” W/PFX, “EKPE WW”
W/PFX. TEXACO FIELF include North Apoi PP & W/PEX,
Pennington PP & W/PFX etc. He supervised the
overhauling/sandblasting and coating of NAOC 500,000 each
capacity barrel tanks at Brass Terminal. He is also vast in
swamp operations.
DOSE MARINO (PROJECT MANAGER)
Project Engineer of ICC Limited. He obtained Diploma in
Electro-Mechanical Engineering and
a Bachelor Degree in Electronic from Polytechnic of Milan,
Italy.
He has proven professional experience in tank overhauling,
flow station maintenance, offshore platform maintenance,
drilling rig repairs/maintenance and Gas line maintenance.
Before he joined ICCL, he worked with both foreign and home
based reputable companies like Elettraprogett Spa. Pesaro,
Milano, Italy, I.SS.SPA Impresit Soimi, International
Services SPA, Milano Italy, Soimi Contrutturi SPA Milano
Italy/Soimi Nig Ltd., Alusteel/Sirpi Nig Ltd., Alcon Nig
Ltd.
He had worked in major oil locations in Nigeria and
Overseas, which include Agbada Oil Field, LNG Gas Plant,
NAOC Tank Farm, Upomani Oilfield etc. Also he worked in
Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Venuzuela, Quata, Baharian,
Yemen etc. He is very fluent in English, Spanish and fairly
French language.
CHIEF ASAMUDO UDOANTIA USORO (JP)
Was born on 4th October, 1946 at Ibekwe-Opobo (now Ikot Abasi).
He attended Primary Schools at Egwenga (Opobo}, Oron & Uyo leading to obtaining a FSLC in 1960.
A pioneer student of Independence High School, Ukana - Ikot Ekpene and the first Senior Prefect
Obtaining a WASC in 1965.
In 1966 he took up a training appointment with the P & T Dept. switching over from the Technical Cadre
to Public Relation in 1975.
He studied at the Institute of Continuing Education of the University of Benin while still in service and
obtained National Diploma in History and Public Relations.
He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relation - MNIPR.
In 1976, he transferred from the P & T to the Nigeria Immigration Service as a Senior lmmigration
Control Officer II. He served with the Immigration Service for 35 years before retiring as a Chief
Superintendent of Immigration in 2001.
He is married with three children and two grand children.
A Member of the Paramount Ruler's Advisory Committee in Eket he holds three chieftaincy titles including
Obong Unwana Eket, member of Police Community relations, Man-O-War bay, and Rotary Club of Eket as past
presidents and a Paul Harris Fellow (PHF). A patron of PDP and Eket peoples Union.
He is the Managing Director/CEO of ASAMEKON NIG. LTD
He was appointed Director of ICCL on 1st Nov. 2009.
